Bent Knee Push-Up Exercise:
The first exercise is the bent knee push up exercise that can be done by taking support of a leaning wall and doing push ups on the floor with your hands and knees on a mat. Now, move your hands outward and upward in a position to lift your upper body. Then, lower your upper body with your forearms parallel with the floor. Repeat it 20 times a day.
Butterfly Press Exercise:
You have to use two or three five pound weights in this exercise and then sit on an edge of a chair keeping your back straight and your arms at your sides. Then, raise your arms to a side at a shoulder level. Three or five sets of this exercise are essential for firming your breasts.
Pec Press Exercise:
Pick three or five pound weights and then lie on your back with your knees bent. Now, outstretch your arms and bring them together for a second or two. Repeat three sets of 12 repetitions of this exercise.
