Hamstring Stretch with Bands

Fortify your legs by performing the Hamstring Stretch with Bands exercise regularly. The instructions to do the exercise rightly are given below.

  • Lie down on a mattress.
  • Take an elastic band or a leash and grip it in your right leg as shown.
  • Make an angle of 90 degrees creating tension in the band.
  • Now try to bend the right leg towards you stretching the back of the leg.
  • Seize the position as long as you can.
  • Now practice the exercise with the left leg.
