- Lie down on a mattress.
- Take an elastic band or a leash and grip it in your right leg as shown.
- Make an angle of 90 degrees creating tension in the band.
- Now try to bend the right leg towards you stretching the back of the leg.
- Seize the position as long as you can.
- Now practice the exercise with the left leg.
