You do not need to do such a heavy schedule but try to practice the exercises everyday a week which is very necessary. You can cut down the exercise session to 30 minutes by doing cardio and light weight. Make a time table of both the exercises and keep the cardio practices three times a week and light weight two times a week.
A few steps that you can keep practicing for getting six-pack abs are being provided here. First of all, lie down with your face up and hold a stability ball by stretching your arms over your head. Now raise the arms and legs and bring them together over your abs and try to put the ball between your ankles. This is one step that will prove to be quite fruitful and you will have to keep practicing it 3 times a week consisting of 3 sets of 10 times.
Sumo Sidekicks are another good moves for which you will have to stretch your feet wider than your shoulder and stand in a posture like that of a sumo wrestler with knees bend in 90 degree positions. Now practice kicks by the right leg towards the side and likewise. While making the kicks, keep it in mind that these are reaching the height of your hip. Repeat it on the other side too and do 20 such steps 3 times a week.
