- Lie on your back with your arms side by side and plans facing the roof.
- Now, raise your legs straight so high towards the ceiling to make it look perpendicular to your torso.
- Then, try to pull your navel towards your spine and lift up your hips to a few inches above the floor.
- Try to stay in this position for a few seconds.
- Now, slowly lower the hips back to the ground.
Repeat this hip lift exercise in two sets of 10 to 12 repetitions. You can do this exercise along with other abs exercises.
