The name of the exercise is Twisting lunge and here are the steps to go for it:
At first, you will have to stand by keeping your feet parallel and arms by your sides. After that you will have to lift your left leg and step backward. Then turn your body and try to move your complete upper body towards the left. Whirl your both feet and make a position in which your left foot faces towards the front and your right foot points out.
Now move your lower hands towards the floor by keeping it over the left leg. While doing so remember that you are keeping the left knee in the same line with your left ankle. After that whirl back to the center and repeat the same steps on the right leg. Do such steps for 12 to 15 times a day on both the sides.
