- Inner Thigh Firmer Workout:
The first step for inner thigh firming workout is to use a towel or a small blanket as a head rest on the ground and then lie on your left side resting your head on the rolled up towel or blanket. Make sure to align your right body with the hips, head and shoulder. Then, bend the right leg towards front and lift your left leg for six inches off the flour and hold for some time. Repeat 10- 12 such lifts on a regular basis for toning up your inner thighs.
- Leg Butterfly Stretching:
This exercise helps attaining flexibility. Just sit on a carpeted floor and then join your soles and open your legs but make your feet touch each other. Then, let your knees drop to the floor and rub your hands round the feet and stretch as much as possible.
