Inner Thigh Lift with Bar

Hi dears!!! Once again I am here demonstrating an amazing and interesting leg exercise: Inner Thigh Lift with bar. Here are some guidelines on how to do the exercise.

· Start position: Rest yourself on a mat sideways with your body balancing on your hand.

· Carry a bar in the same balancing hand and the bar placed inside the foot.

· Now slowly lift the leg on which the bar is placed upwards.

· Inhale while lifting up the leg.

· Now slowly bring the leg down on the mat and exhale during this process.

· Repeat the above steps with the other leg.
