If you want to get a strong heart and a well-built body then the Kettlebell Burpees will be one helpful exercise for you. It is actually a kind of exercise through which you can shape up your body parts. But there are certain Dos and Don’ts which you must follow carefully and any wrong posture may lead to physical injury or stiffness.
For doing this exercise you can take a kettlebell. While doing it you will have to hold the kettlebell by putting the bottom part of it below the handle. The results of doing this exercise in that position are better as then you will not have to put pressure on your hands by placing it on the floor. Also, you must be careful in balancing your hands and arms and misbalancing any of these may cause you to slip and get injured.
In the Kettlebell Burpees exercise you will have to place your legs back by putting the whole pressure of your body on your hands over the kettlebell. Keep your wrists straight and strong. Now you will have to jump and stand up by holding your legs back only and if you can do so by putting pressure on the kettlebell then that is good. Repeating this same set for 1 to 3 sets a day and each set comprising 8 to 6 times of this step will be helpful for you.
