Squats are not just easy to do but also very useful in toning legs during pregnancy. For this, you need to stand with your feet at a shoulder width distance and then lay your back straight and then bend your knees slowly while lowering yourself to the ground. This exercise helps toning thighs and buttocks in pregnancy and without pregnancy also.
Leg lifts is another simple and safe leg toning exercise for pregnant ladies. For this, you have to lie on the left side while keeping your shoulders, knees and hips straight in a line. Then, take support from your left arm and raise the right leg as high as you could. Repeat it for 10 times a day.
If nothing else suits you, then going for a brisk walk is also useful for toning the legs during pregnancy. Just a 20 minutes brisk walk either in morning or evening will solve your problem of leg cramps in pregnancy.
