She begins her workout with arm circle for which she stands with her feet shoulder width apart and arms extended straight towards the sides. Then, she keeps her shoulders down and moves her arms in a circle for about 20 times in 3 sets.
Another move that she does for maintaining the strength of her shoulder is shoulder press. For this one, she stands with her feet shoulder width apart holding a dumbbell in each hand. Then, she bends her elbows and brings her hands towards shoulders. She does 20 repetitions of this exercise.
Her arms workout is incomplete without Triceps Push-Back. She does this by standing in the same way as she did for the earlier two exercises.
