Pelvic Floor Exercises Most of the women are ignorant of how important it is to do pelvic exercises for stronger pelvic muscles. So, read on to know about some easy to do pelvic floor exercises that will help making your pelvic floor stronger and tighter.

Pelvic exercises can be done in two ways, including, slow contractions and fast contractions. In slow contraction pelvic exercises, you need to lift your pelvic floor muscles for a count of ten. Try to hold the muscles tight for at least 10 seconds. Then, gradually increase the time after 10 seconds and relax your muscles after each exercise for about 10 seconds.

In fast contraction pelvic floor exercise, you need to lift your pelvic floor muscles quickly and hold for a second and relax and repeat again. Try to repeat this exercise at least 10 times a day.

While performing pelvic floor exercises, chances are that you will not be able to judge whether you are doing them right or not. So, you can check it by putting two fingers in your vagina and if you feel a gentle squeeze while doing the exercise, think that you are doing it in the right way.
