Finally, your wait of 9 months is over with you now holding your baby in your lap? Then, chances are that you might be worrying to get rid of the baby fat that you deposited on your body during pregnancy. Here are some post pregnancy exercises that might benefit you.

The best exercise after delivery is to sing and dance with your baby in your lap. This is the most entertaining and beneficial way of burning extra calories. Another easy way of exercising is by doing squats holding your baby in your hands.

After delivery, don’t exert yourself too much doing hard workout, just 10 to 15 minutes of normal exercising are sufficient. You can however, change your exercise routine after six to eight weeks of delivery. This is the time, when you can even climb up and down stairs.

You can also get rid of your tummy fat by lying flat on ground and bending your knees till your breast while keeping your arms at your sides slowly and repeating the step for 10 to 15 times every alternate day. Another easy post delivery exercise is to lie on your back with your legs straight and then raise one leg at a time as high as possible to tone your legs and abdominal muscles.
