Spring Break Abs Exercise

Worried about fitting into your bikini? Relax! Host Sarah Dussault with body transformation expert, Stephen Cabral shows some awesome abs lift exercise that will help you get results fast and quick. This new abs workout is known as chin slaps and combines lower abs, middle abs and upper abs.

To start, lay down in a mat, lay straight down your back and then stretch out your legs and your arms overhead. Once your body is fully stretched out, lift up your feet from the ground, about 2inchs, keep in your abs straight, lift your arms off the ground, shoulders off the ground and reach up and slap your chins. Slap both your legs at the same time with both arms coming up.

Next, come back down. Do not let your head and shoulders touch the ground. This exercise is really a dance version because you are not letting your feet’s touch the ground either. Keep your core muscle engaged the whole time. If you start feeling anything in your lower back just lower your legs as low and bring them down about six inches above the ground and come right back up at crunching height. Breathe in the way down and out on the way up. You should feel your lower abs stretched, middle and upper abs working and engaged in the whole time during this exercise. You can easily incorporate this exercise into any of your abs exercise.
