This week’s exercise helps you strengthen your triceps. The exercise is Triceps Dips with straight legs and is done as the steps shown below.
- Start the initial position by placing a chair. Grasp the chair with both your hands. Walk until your hips are slightly tilted, legs and should be erect. For reference just see the figure.
- Make sure that the feet are hip width apart.

- Now bend the elbows slowly first at an angle of 60 degress.

- Now again bend the elbows further by an angle of 90 degrees.
- While doing the above steps inhale.
- Make sure that your legs remain straight while doing the above steps.
- Now again slowly go to the start position.
- While moving to the start position exhale.
