3 Ways to Burn Calories during the Day

Here are the 3 ways to look amazing, burn fat and do … almost nothing.

  • Walk

Simply put your car a few blocks from your office, and walk to it. Make the same when you are going to a shopping mall or store. Walk at least 30 minutes every day. Walk around the office.

  • Prefer stairs to elevators

Don’t use elevators, choose the stairs. You will burn a few hundreds of calories per day.

  • Get rid of the remote

Love watching TV, then do not use remote control. Switch the channels as often as possible, get up and do that manually.
