3 Ways to Fight The Seasonal Fatigue

… It seems that spring will never come and winter is endless and it will last forever … You are tired of feeling tired, lol and the moment you wake up early in the morning you already feel yourself tired. You don’t have enough sunlight, you are lack of energy, you are very irritable and always sad or even angry, you are depressed and stressed …  The world seems to be an awful place for living, your friends and relatives annoy you, as well as people around, your work and your boss …  What’s going on?

Seasonal fatigue

The answer is very simple but not inspiring at all – it’s your endocrine system. And let’s be optimistic, even a long-awaited and truly magnificent vacation won’t help because you suffer from the basic nutrient insufficiency. Hope, the following ways will help you to feel better:

  • minerals

When you are lack of minerals you become irritable, angry and very tired … Your body can’t cope with everyday work and your skin, nails and hair are not in the best condition. You need minerals and the more the better and ASAP.

  • fatty aids

Your immune system is so weak and it doesn’t help your body feel great, so be ready to face the truth you don’t get enough Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids from your food.

  • rest

You don’t have enough rest and sleep bad. It sounds trite but that’s it! Stop exploiting your body and give something in return.
