Actually, it is really a problem, until you are not Victoria Beckham (’cause it seems to me that she has no probs wearing them). So, apart from talking about the harmful effects of such shoes, I’d better tell you how to wear them and:
- look great
- stay save and sound.
Are you ready?
- rule number one sounds like: DON”T EVEN DARE TO THINK of wearing your new super-cool-amazing-heels for the first time while planning to cover big distances/travelling/dancing etc. Otherwise, you will never ever wear them again.
- choose heels with the right instep (it is extremely important, otherwise you can sprain your band and it is REALLY VERY painful. Believe me!!!)
- buy special invisible pads and put them in your shoes, thus, you will avoid calluses;
- always carry in your bag plasters and molefoam padding, thus, you’ll always relief your pain;
- try to buy shoes with wedges and heels.
Good luck )))
