- make numerous exercises (for instance, doorknob squats or single-leg curls) and always remember that you have to do everything properly and regularly, otherwise all your efforts will be spend in vain. - pay attention to squats, since they help to tighten the muscles in your buttocks and lounges, since they take care of butt and hips;
- don’t forget about jogging about 10-20 minutes a day;
- a traditional treadmill ride is great and highly helpful;
