I guess most of us would die to get really lean and sexy legs but till today the procedure of achieving this goal was rather vague and challenging so in a couple of weeks most of call it quits and leave an image of sexy lean legs to be only a cherishing dream. Still want lean legs fast? The situation has changed when trainer Fredrick Hahn adapts her technique of getting lean legs in 7 days.  Let’s start )))

  • make numerous exercises (for instance, doorknob squats or single-leg curls) and always remember that you have to do everything properly and regularly, otherwise all your efforts will be spend in vain. Repeat such exercises two times a day (for 100 seconds and not less) and in 7 days you will notice the difference;
  • pay attention to squats, since they help to tighten the muscles in your buttocks and lounges, since they take care of butt and hips;
  • don’t forget about jogging about 10-20 minutes a day;
  • a traditional treadmill ride is great and highly helpful;
  • use special products for toned limbs, such as Biotherm sunfitness leg shaping gel or Lancôme Body-Silkening Dry Oil and once again apply them regularly;
  • forget about exercise machines and do everything on your own;
  • burn calories;
  • don’t overeat;
  • drink tea and water instead of soda and coca-cola;
  • count calories;
  • walk as mush as possible;
