Holidays are coming and as most fitness trainers say … “Oh Gosh it is a real fat disaster …” And I completely agree since I am ready to bet most of us are going to relatives and the only our activities will look like eating/siting/sleeping … Don’t you think that in a couple of days you can forget about you sexy and slim body? In order to avoid this, please follow these tips:
- try to make some exercises at least twice a day;
- yoga is a great way out and your best holiday fitness friend! It will help you not only stay fit but conquer emotional eating;
- 30 minutes of yoga will be OK. But every day yoga;
- think of some after-eating exercises.
And always remember – there is nothing special about overeating )
