Rest on your palm and lap on the ground. Lift one leg backside up. The motion is from the butt joint keeping the spinal straight. Imagine your feet moving upwards without stressing. Swap after 20 replications for every leg without a pause. Rest on your legs and calm down for few seconds.

Chair Squats are one of the finest exercises your butts. Stand with legs apart and bend, keeping back erect, abs in and knees behind your toes. Permit your butt to touch the chair slightly and then press your butt to stand up. Repeat for 2-3 sets of 8-12 repetitions.
