It is a common knowledge that when we eat less we gain less pounds. Actually, it is true, but only to some extent. While eating or even before eating we have to count calories. I mean it. Just imagine, who could ever thought that there is the same number of calories in a large soft pretzel with cheese and sauce and in a hot dog on a bun with a packet of mustard? I guess - NOBODY!!!
