Actually, it is almost impossible to figure out either the healthiest or the best fruit ever. Why? Because we are different, and what is good for Molly is not definitely good for Sally. Did you catch me? )))
So, let’s better call the following fruit as a very healthful one. Well, I am talking about blueberries (according to Mehmet Oz).
Blueberries nutrition facts:
- blueberries are low in cholesterol and sodium.
- they are rich source of dietary fiber, Vitamins A, C, E, K and beta-carotene, as well as manganese.
- blueberries are rich in health-protecting antioxidants.
- they are prefect against age related diseases.
The only minuses are:
- they contain a lot of sugars.
- contain oxalates (responsible for kidney or gallbladder problems).
So, don’t eat too much of blueberries and everything will be more than fine )))
