Many men many minds … will tell me most of you. And they are right. But only to some extent. Due to the recent surveys, such vegetable as CHARD was proved to be the healthiest one. It was named the ‘king’ of all vegetables. What I like the most about chard, it is: cheap and extremely easy to cook.

one cup of chard contains only 35 calories and TONS of: Vitamin A, C and E, dietary fiber, potassium, and calcium.
