Have you heard about Tofu? For those who havn’t, I would like to mention that Tofu is made from soy milk, which is highly nutritious. Literal meaning of Tofu is soya bean curd. Tofu can be eaten in many ways:
- You can mix crumbled tofu to lightly fried onion and garlic. It will give the appearance of beaten egg. Well, add some turmeric for color and mixed herbs for flavour.
- Pre smoked Tofu can be added to salads and sandwiches.
- Tofu burgers are a healthy option instead of chicken burgers.
Tofu gets easily digested and provides lots of protein, iron and calcium. Thinking from where you can get it? It is easily available in super markets.
