I had read about a survey that a glass of red wine reduces the risk of heart attack to 40%. But as a saying there are two sides of a coin. Today I’ll talk about the hazardous effects of having more than one glass of a wine.
-
A wineglass per day reduces the risk of heart attack, but drinking two glasses increase the probability of getting breast cancer.
-
A wine glass per day fortifies bone while dual glass of wine can give you a bone disease called osteoporosis.
-
If you want to stay thin consume one glass of wine but two glasses of wine would add fat to your body making you stout.
-
Restricted wine drinking helps you boost your remembrance capability but excess wine drinking would give you a brain disease called Alzheimer.
-
Drinking a wineglass subtracts one chance of heart stroke but having 2 glasses adds the chances of getting that same stroke.
So from the above instances you must have noticed that one glass of wine could be good for health but more than one glass is definitely perilous.
