5 Ways To Sleep Better Instantly

If a night sleep turns into a real nightmare in a literal meaning of this word, you’d better think of some possible ways to improve your sleeping. When you don’t have enough sleep you feel yourself tired, exhausted and angry, hope the following tips will help you sleep better:

  • caffeine

Avoid caffeine of any kind after the noon, because it stays in your organism for 12 hours. Even a sip of coffee can worsen the situation.

Sleeping

  • quiet time

Don’t do anything that will provoke adrenaline rush before going into bed. Think of some really quiet and peaceful, passive activities – read a book, make a walk. Also don’t work in your bed, your bed should stay only a bed and nothing more.

  • no alcohol and nicotine

Don’t even think to get alcohol and nicotine before sleeping, they will activate your organism so you won’t be able to sleep.

  • make it cool

It is really awful to sleep in a room with hot tucked air. Common, fresh your room up!

  • alarm

Put your alarm-clock to the latest time possible and don’t interrupt your sleep at 5 if you are going to stay in bed until 8.
