Don’t exercise after dinner
Numerous studies have shown that those who exercise strenuously and regularly, sleep better than those who don’t. But avoid exercising after dinner.
Avoid eating too late
It is really difficult to fall asleep if you’re feeling weighed down with a heavy meal, so try your best so to avoid eating too late in the evening.
No caffeine after dinner
Avoid drinking after 7 p.m., also don’t drink anything with caffeine after 4 p.m. if you are sensitive to it.
Invest in bed and bedding
I mean spend as much as you can in your sleeping room and buy the best bedding and bed you can afford. Start with your mattress itself.
