Would you like to look like Gwyneth? I think we will hardly find at least one person not wishing to. According to supermodel trainer, everybody can look great – no problems, but it’ll cost you. Anderson speaks about daily one-hour cardio workouts and an hour of toning six days a week.

Of course, the trainer says that a lot depends on her but she claims that everybody can try. She also suggests to think about fish, fruits, vegetables and brown rice and to forget about processed foods.
