Holidays have already come and it means that you won’t have enough time for exercising, you will travel, communicate with relatives, play with kids, enjoy delicious dishes, but, don’t be fool, you have to find time and perform at least a little exercise, for example:
- walk (to the nearest shop, with your dog, to meet a friend …)
- do some stretching in the morning;
- think of skiing;
- visit a skating ring with your kids or friends;
- dance;
- go shopping.
