But believe me, everything is not so bad, because fall is a time of healthy eating and it brings us vitamins in form of onion, garlic and potato recipes.

Top 3 Healthiest Autumn Vegetables

I am ready to bet that most of us don’t like autumn and think about it with a shiver. Rains, wind, first wet snow, first frosts … Bla-bla-bla… But since we can’t change the situation let’s better try to change out attitude to it. Today I would like to share with you a small list of the healthiest autumn vegetables.

There is one very important point, there are no potatoes and squash in the list:-).

  • Avocado

It tastes good not only with sushi, avocado is an excellent source of the healthy monounsaturated fat and oleic acid. So it helps to lower cholesterol level and it protects you against breast cancer. Avocados can be eaten alone and together with numerous sandwiches and dishes.
