Now, raise both your arms up together and keep the elbows bent slightly to make the weights meet over your breast. Hold it for few seconds.

Bent Knee Push-Up Exercise:

The first exercise is the bent knee push up exercise that can be done by taking support of a leaning wall and doing push ups on the floor with your hands and knees on a mat. Now, move your hands outward and upward in a position to lift your upper body. Then, lower your upper body with your forearms parallel with the floor. Repeat it 20 times a day.
