<p>Doing squats is one of the most effective ways of toning those heavy butts. All you need to do for this is stand with a shoulder distance apart between your feet. To have a great intensity of this exercise, hold a set of dumbbells in your hands. </p>

<p>Now, bend your knees and keep the dumbbells in your hand with your hand folded upwards. Hold the pose for 10 seconds and try to press the heels. Repeat this exercise for 3 sets of 15 repetitions each.
