<p>The first step for inner thigh firming workout is to use a towel or a small blanket as a head rest on the ground and then lie on your left side resting your head on the rolled up towel or blanket. Make sure to align your right body with the hips, head and shoulder. Then, bend the right leg towards front and lift your left leg for six inches off the flour and hold for some time. Repeat 10- 12 such lifts on a regular basis for toning up your inner thighs.

</ul>
<p>This exercise helps attaining flexibility. Just sit on a carpeted floor and then join your soles and open your legs but make your feet touch each other. Then, let your knees drop to the floor and rub your hands round the feet and stretch as much as possible.</p>

<p>The main objective of this exercise is to build back thickness. Regular set of 15 repetitions or 30 repetitions of this exercise is considered good for an overall development of a person’s body physically. </p>

<p>Side bend is another great exercise to get rid of the love handles. For this stand on your feet shoulder width apart holding a dumbbell in your hands. Then, without moving your legs, bend on one side and then on the other side making sure that your abs are squeezed. Repeat it at least 10 times on each side.  </p>

Her personal trainer David Kirsch says it all which you too can follow for burning all those unnecessary fats around your tummy and butts and where’s not. </p>

<p>The exercise session of Heidi consists of two sections. One section is cardio and the other is strength training. It is all because of a constant and very strict 90 minutes of exercise everyday that Heidi has been able to get rid of all her post baby fats. You do not need to do such a heavy schedule but try to practice the exercises everyday a week which is very necessary. You can cut down the exercise session to 30 minutes by doing cardio and light weight. Make a time table of both the exercises and keep the cardio practices three times a week and light weight two times a week.
<p>A few steps that you can keep practicing for getting six-pack abs are being provided here. First of all, lie down with your face up and hold a stability ball by stretching your arms over your head. Now raise the arms and legs and bring them together over your abs and try to put the ball between your ankles. This is one step that will prove to be quite fruitful and you will have to keep practicing it 3 times a week consisting of 3 sets of 10 times.
<p>Sumo Sidekicks are another good moves for which you will have to stretch your feet wider than your shoulder and stand in a posture like that of a sumo wrestler with knees bend in 90 degree positions. Now practice kicks by the right leg towards the side and likewise. While making the kicks, keep it in mind that these are reaching the height of your hip. Repeat it on the other side too and do 20 such steps 3 times a week. </p>
