Side Bends: Go for the side bends for reducing that extra fat from your waist. In this exercise, you need to lie on your right side bending your knees. Then, extend your right arm on the floor and placing your left arm behind your head, crunch your left elbow up and then lower it. Repeat this exercise 10 times on a regular basis.
