<ol>
<li>Lie down on a mat such that you face faces the ground and head parallel to the ceiling i.e. in the reverse position.
<li>Now rest your body on the hands and knees keeping your abs tight.
<li>Raise your left leg keeping the knee at a 90 degree angle.
<li>Don’t bend your back and keep the neck straight.
<li>Now lower the back and repeat the above steps.
<li>For more intensity you can hold a weight as shown in the figure.</li>
