Oh, I have forgotten about Halle for a couple of months. It goes without saying that she looked amazing while her pregnancy but her after-baby body has surprised me a lot. Halle was seen at the screening of X-Men Origins: Wolverine on Tuesday night (April 28) at the Gruman’s Manns Chinese Theater in Hollywood, and she was fantastic. She looked like a real beauty queen.

Everybody demands fitness for their physique and the key to remain fit is “Enjoy every bit of life you live”. And today we have got some tips to keep your body fit.

  • Good diet and fitness go hand in hand. If you have good and graphed diet your body is bound to remain fit. Maximize the intake of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet including some cereals and pulses as well to nourish your body with required proteins and nutrition.
  • Evade skipping meals. Take a heavy breakfast, a good lunch and an organized dinner and you’ll automatically remain fit.
  • Proper sound sleep is the next vital thing to do for remaining fit. Fitness is not just physically related but you need to remain fit mentally as well. Try to handle your job load smartly without tension as this ultimately would affect your fitness.
  • Everyday devote at least one hour for workout, meditation or yoga. This would keep you mentally fit.
