<li class="MsoNormal">Start      the exercise with an initial position of standing erect.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Now      depart both your legs for about 2 inches apart. Don’t separate your feet      too much.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Keep      both your hands on you waist as shown in the figure.</li>

<li class="MsoNormal">Inhale      while practicing this position.</li>

<li class="MsoNormal">Bend your right leg      ninety degrees like that in a squat position.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">While      you bend your right leg ninety degrees your left leg will automatically      bend to the same ninety degree angle.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Make      sure that during all the above steps you continue inhaling.</li>
<li class="MsoNormal">Hold      this position for a few seconds.</li>
</ul>

<li>Now come again to the start position.</li>
<li>Practice the exercise again with the left leg stepping forward.</li>
<li>While practicing the exercise keep your spine upright throughout.</li>
