There are so many recipes how to stay healthy, some of them want you to follow a very strict diet and other limitations, another provide you with really controversial ideas. I would like to share with a secret many stars adore and follow: eat at least two servings of fish each week.

  • fish is very low in saturated fat
  • fish significantly lows the risk from dying of coronary artery disease
  • it contains a lot of essential minerals, such as: iron, zinc, iodine etc.

Today I would like to say: “Wow, dear scientists, sometimes your conclusions are great and so incredibly yummy!!!!” What I am talking? About PIZZA!!! Once again – PIZZA! It is a real surprise, but it turned to be a health food thanks to the fact that tomato topping reduces the risk of skin cancer. So, dears, say YES to PIZZA and enjoyyyyyyy!!!
