Want to have those perfect abs and hips? Then, try out the Hip Lift exercise this week. It is a two-in-one exercise for those toned and strong abs and hips. Just add this exercise in your routine and strengthen your rectus abdominis and the oblique.

  • Lie on your back with your arms side by side and plans facing the roof.
  • Now, raise your legs straight so high towards the ceiling to make it look perpendicular to your torso.
  • Then, try to pull your navel towards your spine and lift up your hips to a few inches above the floor.
  • Try to stay in this position for a few seconds.
  • Now, slowly lower the hips back to the ground.

Quadruped Hip Extensions

Wanna have sexy butt. Perform Quadruped Hip Extensions regularly. This one of the finest butt exercises.

  1. Lie down on a mat such that you face faces the ground and head parallel to the ceiling i.e. in the reverse position.
  2. Now rest your body on the hands and knees keeping your abs tight.
  3. Raise your left leg keeping the knee at a 90 degree angle.
  4. Don’t bend your back and keep the neck straight.
  5. Now lower the back and repeat the above steps.
  6. For more intensity you can hold a weight as shown in the figure.
