<p>You can do squats with ease to tone your hips. For this, you need a chain and stand with your feet hips to shoulder width apart. Then, squat with your back straight and abs tucked in and the knees behind the toes. Repeating squats for two or three sets is sufficient for hip toning.</p>

Place your right foot on the step and transfer the weight towards the heel and push in the heel to come on the step. Try to use the left leg to balance and then step back down. Repeat this exercise on the other leg. Three sets of this exercise is more than enough.
<p>Walking briskly and biking are other great hip toning exercises that help you to tone your butts. </p>

<ul>
<li>Lie on your back with your arms side by side and plans facing the roof.
<li>Now, raise your legs straight so high towards the ceiling to make it look perpendicular to your torso.
<li>Then, try to pull your navel towards your spine and lift up your hips to a few inches above the floor.
<li>Try to stay in this position for a few seconds.
<li>Now, slowly lower the hips back to the ground.</li>
