<p>Jennifer Aniston had to consume the same diet each day of the week and although her diet seems to be simple it is very difficult to implement.
<ul>
<li>For breakfast Aniston has a 250 calorie egg white omelet combined with vegetables and feta cheese.
<li>For lunch she has a 300-500 calorie salad which comprises of high protein fish like tuna.
<li>And lastly for dinner she has a lean 500 calorie fish or chicken entrée blended with green salad and zero dressing. </li>
</ul>
<p>With the above diet Jennifer’s daily calorie sums up to approximately 1000-1300 calories. So this way she loses 5 pounds in 5 days.  </p>

She also takes yoga classes and has more of a soft and feminine approach towards her workout, which includes a balanced mix of weights and cardio. </p>

She takes time out to make sure that she is rejuvenated.

Although she was more into hard physical exercise during her younger days, her current exercise regime includes soft and simple workout and circuit training. Circuit training helps burn fat and also preserves lean muscle tissues, which make it very effective. Jennifer generally cuts down her carbohydrate intake whenever she feels like shedding some kilos from her body.</p>
