<li>make numerous exercises (for instance, doorknob squats or single-leg curls) and always remember that you have to do everything properly and regularly, otherwise all your efforts will be spend in vain. Repeat such exercises two times a day (for 100 seconds and not less) and in 7 days you will notice the difference;
<li>pay attention to <strong>squats</strong>, since they help to tighten the muscles in your buttocks and <strong>lounges</strong>, since they take care of butt and hips;
<li>don’t forget about jogging about 10-20 minutes a day;
<li>a traditional treadmill ride is great and highly helpful;

<li>forget about exercise machines and do everything on your own;
<li>burn calories;
