<p>One of the easiest facial lift exercises can be done by closing your eyes firmly and placing your thumbs at the outer corners of the eyes. Now, gently pull the skin towards your temples. </p>

<p>Another effective facial lift exercise can be performed by firmly closing your eyes and placing both forefingers under your eyebrows and stretching the skin upwards for a few seconds.
<p>You can also do facial lift exercises by keeping your eyes open. Just raise your eyebrows closing your eyes halfway and hold it for a few seconds. Then, open your eyes as wide as possible and hold for a few seconds.
<p>Close your eyes and lift your neck upwards to face the roof. Stretch the neck as much as possible and hold the position for a few seconds. This will give your face and neck a perfect lift with ease.
<p>Performing all these facial lift exercises have no side effects till the time you perform them in the right way.  </p>

<li>Lie on your back with your arms side by side and plans facing the roof.
<li>Now, raise your legs straight so high towards the ceiling to make it look perpendicular to your torso.
<li>Then, try to pull your navel towards your spine and lift up your hips to a few inches above the floor.
<li>Try to stay in this position for a few seconds.
<li>Now, slowly lower the hips back to the ground.</li>

<li>Lie down straight on a mat.</li>
<li>Now raise whole your body with the help of both your hands.\</li>
<li>Try to balance yourself with the hands and legs such that the whole body makes an angle of 45 degrees with the floor.</li>
<li>Now slowly raise your left leg in leaning position. Contract the abdominal muscles and raise your butt.</li>
<li>Contract your abdomen and butt for a few seconds.</li>
<li>Relax without changing your posture and repeat for at least 10 times.</li>

<p>· Start position: Rest yourself on a mat sideways with your body balancing on your hand.</p>
