Beyonce's Maple Syrup Diet

Beyonce Knowles was in news for loosing her weight quickly. So I have found out the secret of her losing weight promptly and it is the “Maple Syrup Diet.”

Get a hygienic carafe.

Take 3 cups of water, 1 mug lime extract, 1 mug Maple syrup (make sure that the syrup is not flavored) and a teaspoon Cayenne.

Blend the above stuff and drink 10-12 glasses per day.

Caution: you may experience yearning, throbbing and uneasiness. So keep a stock of herbal tea and non-iodized salt in your kitchen. Everyday before having the Maple Syrup drink a glass of water with two spoons of mixed salt. And everyday at night drink the herbal tea.
