Are you scared of the big day when you will get to hold your baby for the first time just because of the fear of labor pain? Well, worry not, just follow some effective exercises that can be done in pregnancy to achieve a smooth normal delivery without any complications or chances of a c-section.
First of all, make sure to start walking on a regular basis, as this is the safest exercise for the pregnant lady and the unborn baby. It will also help in dealing with problems like constipation, high blood pressure, restiveness and other pregnancy related problems. Try to walk in a park to inhale some fresh air.
