Well, this is a common problem these days that women are feeling unconfident about their beauty due to this sagging problem to their much precious body asset. <p>The first exercise for preventing sagging breasts is to lie on a mat and hold one weight in each hand. Then, you need to extend your arms out at shoulder level. Now, raise both your arms up together and keep the elbows bent slightly to make the weights meet over your breast. Hold it for few seconds.</p>

<p>Another exercise can be done by lying on a mat and extending your arms and holding the weights in the air over your breast. Now, bend your elbows and lower the weights towards your breast keeping the elbows out to the sides at the shoulder level. Repeat this exercise 10-15 times.
<p>Apart from these exercises, you should make sure to eat less animal fat and more antioxidant supplements like vitamin C, vitamin E, beta carotene and mineral selenium to keep your breasts away from the problem of sagging. </p>

<p>You can do an easy scalp exercise by standing with your legs apart and breathing in and out slowly. Then, lean forward bending your head below waist level. Remain in this position and pat your head gently for about 30 seconds and then be in the normal position. Repeat this exercise for 5-7 times. </p>

<p>Another scalp exercise for preventing hair loss can be done by standing normally in a straight position and breathing slowly. Now, look straight and turn your head 5 times in one direction and then in the other direction for 5 times. After this bend the head downward and lift. Repeat this exercise for 5 times.
<p>You may also do an exercise by clutching your hands and putting them on the back of your head. Then, put your hands a bit tightly to prevent slipping. After this move your head up and down to let your hands move to the forehead. Repeat it for 5 minutes twice a day. </p>
