•Mariah Carey believes in water therapy. She tells that water therapy is thrice more effective than any other exercise or workout.
•When hungry she drinks lots of soup and eats fish to fill her stomach.
•In breakfast Mariah Carey takes plain curd, a plate of fresh fruits and loads of water.
•For lunch she eats a bowl of spinach, grilled zucchini (an Italian summer vegetable) and grilled chicken with lime, salt and pepper along with squash.
•In snacks she picks olives and a roasted sweet potato flavored with salt and pepper.
