During pregnancy women start worrying of how they will get rid of that extra flab from their tummy. So, we thought of sharing some effective post pregnancy exercises for stomach. These are easy to do exercises that will help reducing the flab from the tummy in a short period of time.
After 6 to 12 weeks of delivery, women can do simple post natal abdominal crunches. For this, they just need to lie on their back with their knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Then, they need to slowly lift their head off the floor and pull their abs towards their spine and exhale while doing so. Do this exercise for 20 times a day regularly to feel a stronger abdomen.
