So, we thought of sharing some effective post pregnancy exercises for stomach. <p>After 6 to 12 weeks of delivery, women can do simple post natal abdominal crunches. For this, they just need to lie on their back with their knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Then, they need to slowly lift their head off the floor and pull their abs towards their spine and exhale while doing so. Do this exercise for 20 times a day regularly to feel a stronger abdomen. </p>

<p>Post natal sit ups can also be performed by women after 10-12 weeks of delivery. For this, they just need to lie on the floor with their knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Then hold the head in hands and lift your head and shoulders off the floor. Hold this position for two seconds and exhale while going in the normal position. Repeat this exercise for 30 times in 3 sets each day. </p>

<p>Pelvic Thrusts are also considered effective for a toned lower stomach. To do this exercise, you need to first lie on your back with your knees bent and arms stretched out beside you. Then, slowly lift and tilt your pelvis upwards and hold the movement for about 5 seconds and relax.
<p>By doing these exercises regularly, you can easily get the perfect lower stomach you dreamt of having. However, avoid sugar, fried food and calorie rich food to get the results faster with these lower abs exercises.  </p>
