<li>Start the initial position by placing a chair. Grasp the chair with both your hands. Walk until your hips are slightly tilted, legs and should be erect. For reference just see the figure.</li>
<li>Make sure that the feet are hip width apart.</li>

<li>Now bend the elbows slowly first at an angle of 60 degress.</li>
</ul>

<li>Now again bend the elbows further by an angle of 90 degrees.</li>
<li>While doing the above steps inhale.</li>
<li>Make sure that your legs remain straight while doing the above steps.</li>
<li>Now again slowly go to the start position.</li>
<li>While moving to the start position exhale.</li>
</ul>
